I’ve been working in the field of bodywork for 15 years, with training in Shiatsu, therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, and yoga.
I believe deeply in the therapeutic and healing benefits of integrative health, and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best and maintain balance, rather than only responding when challenges arise.
I believe true wellness comes from cultivating balance in every area of life, both at work and at home. As a busy working mom of two (ages 12 and 9) and partner of over 19 years, I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of balancing family, wellness, and self-care. This appreciation for balance inspired our backyard sauna wellness space, a cherished place to unwind and reconnect, which we’re grateful to share with others
